Essential Functions

- Scan paper documents into electronic format using office scanners.
- Rename and organize digital files following established naming conventions.
- Review scanned documents for quality, completeness, and legibility.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive or proprietary information.
- Assist with light clerical or organizational tasks as needed.
- Communicate progress and report any issues to the Volunteer Coordinator or assigned staff.
Requirements
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Windows and file organization.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality.
- Dependable, organized, and able to work independently or collaboratively.
- Must complete the City of Goodyear volunteer application
- Must pass background screening
