Position Overview:
The position directly manages utility billing reporting and monthly updates. Analyzes and interprets meter reads to ensure accurate utility billing. Responds to customer inquiries and appropriately tracks and reports on payment status of utility accounts. Provides business license renewal support. Reports to the Revenue & Business License Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
* Associate degree in a related field with a minimum of one (1) year of job-related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
* Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with the ability to learn other software such as NewWorldSystems.net, Ukon, and Freebook.
* Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication, and basic mathematical skills.
