What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant to Assistant City Administrator of Emergency Services/Fire Chief position at City of Gaffney?
· Performs customer service functions
· Provides administrative/secretarial support for department staff and Fire Chief
· Compile Payroll by weekly for department
· Coordinates arrangements for various meetings for department and Fire Chief
· Serves as departmental human resources liaison
· Performs data entry functions by keying data into computer system
· Maintains file system of various files/records for the assigned area
· Provides public records and information to citizens and other agencies as requested
· Performs other related duties as required
Schedule is Mondays - Thursdays from 8 AM to 5:15 PM and Fridays from 8 AM to 12:30 PM
