Job Description
**SUMMARY**
Working under the direction of the Humane Education Coordinator and PIO, incumbent manages all aspects of fundraising functions including but not limited to creating, coordinating, planning, and executing all current and future fundraisers; apply, manage, and report on all grants; Handles donor relations including entering incoming donations and creating donor appeals. The incumbent is expected to exercise good judgment, independence, initiative, and professional expertise in conducting day-to-day tasks. All work duties and activities must be performed in accordance with the City safety rules and operating regulations, policies and procedures as well as federal, state, and local regulations.
Develops strategies to generate non-general fund resources through donations, grants, planned giving, and or agency fundraiser
