Rate: $16.89 hourly (minimum 4 hours per shift)
The Florissant Theater Department is seeking multiple applicants for a Bartender for theater lobby concessions. This position will operate and sell pre-packaged drinks and snacks. Shifts will primarily occur on Friday and Saturday evenings (6pm – 10pm) and some Sundays (1pm – 5pm) when the theater hosts live events throughout the calendar year. Prior bartending and POS system experience is preferred but not required.
Head Bartender Responsibilities:
- Scheduling bartender shifts between you and other bartenders to ensure coverage of required shifts.
- Inventory tracking.
- Supply procurement as needed.
- Inventory organization as needed or instructed.
- Develops operating procedures and instructs other bartender(s) on proper procedure.
- Responsible for preparing cash deposits for Assistant Theater Manager.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Ability to count and make change for cash sales required
