Job Title: Business License Support Specialist (Temporary – 4 Months)
Location: Onsite
Schedule: 32-40 hours per week
Pay: $17.93/hr.
Overview:
We’re seeking a friendly and proactive Business License Support Specialist to assist with our business license renewal program during a 4-month project. This role is essential in helping customers navigate the renewal process using our NetAssets software and ensuring timely compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide customers through the business license renewal process in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Make outbound calls to businesses to explain renewal requirements and encourage timely action.
- Follow up with past-due accounts to secure payment and resolve outstanding issues.
- Document interactions and track progress using internal systems.
- Provide clear, courteous, and solution-oriented support to all customers.
Basic Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service; collections experience is a strong plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable handling phone calls and in-person interactions with professionalism and empathy.
- Ability to learn and use NetAssets software (training provided).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Additionally, there may be a need to have this position provide coverages for breaks or other administrative finance support as needed.
