JOB REQUIREMENTS: Under general direction of the Building and Grounds
Supervisor, performs diversified tasks necessary to keep City buildings
clean. Duties include general custodial tasks such as restroom
facilities maintenance, rubbish removal, vacuuming, dusting, and snow
removal of sidewalks. Decisions within the area of responsibility are
made in consultation with the Building and Grounds Supervisor.
Supervision received is general and overall work plans are discussed
with periodic review of progress. Hours/Schedule: Monday through Friday;
6:00 pm to 10:00 pm Employment is contingent upon successful completion
of a full criminal background investigation, including fingerprint-based
