JOB REQUIREMENTS: Under the general direction of the Building and
Grounds Supervisor, this position is responsible for performing a wide
range of custodial and maintenance tasksincluding cleaning offices and
common areas, maintaining restrooms, handling rubbish removal,
monitoring work orders, and assisting with seasonal needs such as snow
and ice removal. This role requires strong attention to detail, good
time-management skills, and the ability to plan tasks around ongoing
activities within the building. Hours/Schedule: Monday through Friday;
6:00 am to 2:30 pm Employment is contingent upon successful completion
of a full criminal background investigation, including fingerprint-based
