What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Income Tax Clerk position at City of Fairfield (OH)?
Schedule will be approximately 25 hours per week, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will be able to work about 5 hours each day, with flexibility on the start and end time within the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.
Prepare outgoing mail by folding and stuffing letters and related materials for mailing
Process return mail, including researching and updating new addresses in the system
Accurately enter incoming payments
Log returns and documents as received in the system and scan
Perform a variety of data entry and administrative support tasks as assigned
- Basic computer skills
- Comfortable using MS Word and Excel for data entry
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- High School diploma or GED
