- Lead daily camp activities, which could include sports, games, arts and crafts, nature exploration, and more.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers at all times.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment for campers.
- Encourage teamwork, communication, and personal growth among campers.
- Provide guidance and supervision during group activities, free time, and meal times.
- Collaborate with other camp staff to plan and organize special events and themed days.
- Handle camper issues, concerns, and conflicts in a calm and professional manner.
- Communicate regularly with camp leadership about camper progress and any concerns.
- Prep program or lesson plans as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college or experience in child care/education is a plus).
- Previous experience working with children in a camp, school, or recreational setting is preferred.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and passionate about working with kids.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain prior to camp start).
- Ability to commit to the full camp season 6/9-8/1.

Schedule:
This is a full-time, seasonal summer position. Schedule includes nine consecutive weeks during the summer. Typical working hours are 8:30am-4pm at camp location.
