Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, billing issues, and service requests in a clear and courteous manner.
- Support clients via email ensuring timely and accurate responses to their needs.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date customer records in our Utility software.
- Manage cash handling procedures accurately during transactions, ensuring security and compliance.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues efficiently, utilizing analysis skills to identify root causes and solutions.
Skills
- Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve our diverse customer base effectively.
- Strong customer support experience, especially within call center environments or client services roles.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to convey information clearly and confidently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills for data management and documentation.
- Experience with outbound calling campaigns, demonstrating persistence and professionalism.
- Familiarity with call center operations, including call handling protocols and customer engagement strategies.
- Analysis skills to assess customer issues quickly and provide effective resolutions while maintaining high service standards.
- Cash Handling experience is required.
