The ideal candidate brings sound judgment, integrity, initiative, strong communication skills, and a commitment to serving the community. Just as importantly, we’re looking for people who understand that joining a new department means being adaptable, collaborative, and willing to contribute to a team that is establishing its identity from the ground up.
