What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full-Time Patrol Officer position at City of Cresco?
The Cresco Police Department is hiring for a full-time Patrol Officer.
– 10-hour shifts, 80 hours every two weeks, every other weekend off.
– Fulltime benefits including IPERS, health, vision, dental, and life insurance, flex plan, AFLAC, and 457B.
– Uniforms provided by department including outer-carriers
– 40 hours of vacation granted after 6 months and probationary period
All minimum ILEA standards apply. Certified officers are preferred. Hiring process includes medical/drug screening and MMPI. All non-certified applicants must pass the POST test and Physical Agility test.
