Days/Hours: Rotating schedule that may include Weekends, Holidays, Evenings. Up to 25 hours/week.
Examples of Duties
High school graduation or equivalent.
Excellent customer services skills. Basic computer skills required. CPR/AED Certification preferred.
Experience Running a Swim Meet Is Preferred.
Supplemental Information
The work is light work which requires exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force to move objects.

Examples of Duties
- Assist with electronic scoreboard set-up and takedown (operational training will be provided).
- Assist with swim meet set-up and breakdown, including timing equipment and facility preparation.
- Set up and take down team tents and hospitality areas.
- Coordinate hospitality for swim meets, including placing food orders, managing delivery times, and estimating quantities.
- Operate concessions: process food orders, manage stock, and handle cash/card transactions.
- Oversee spectator entry, including ticket sales and wristband distribution.
- Coordinate with swim meet Officials regarding their availability, schedules, and assignments.
- Prepare the competition area in collaboration with lifeguards and security, including setup of signage, barricades, and designated parking zones.
- Provide general support during swim meets, including athlete area supervision, restocking supplies, and assisting officials or coaches as needed.
