- Letter from current school noting you are currently enrolled with a projected graduation date from the program*
- Emergency Vehicle Operators Course (EVOC)
- CPAT (National) OR EPAT OR Certificate of Completion from CSRIPS within the previous 12-months
- CPAT scores must be valid between the dates of April 30, 2025 - April 30, 2026. If you do not have a CPAT, please check with Palm Beach State College for the next scheduled CPAT.
