The City of Conway is accepting applications for a Facility Monitor position working in the Conway Community Center.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- American Red Cross Certification preferred
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Must have and maintain a valid Arkansas Driver’s License
- Ability to ensure patrons follow facility rules and policies
- Ability to assist in preparing and supporting reservations, parties, and rentals
- Must assist with customer service, phone calls, and member check-ins
- Ability to help custodians maintain cleanliness and safety of the facility
- Must assist in opening and closing of the facility
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Starting salary is $16.8763 per hour.
