The hiring range is $65,966.49 - $73,296.10 / annually.

In this pivotal role, you'll coordinate and implement our city's workforce development pathway program, working to enhance wraparound supports and educational initiatives that drive success. Bachelor's degree in business, social work, criminal justice, criminology, public administration, education, sociology, or a related field. Minimum of three years' experience in workforce development, social work, employment counseling, job search skill instruction, or related experience.

Experience working with diverse populations and training in trauma-informed care or poverty issues are required. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered. Must possess a valid driver's license.
