Bachelor’s degree in urban planning, public administration, finance, business administration or related field. Five (5) years’ experience in development, construction, project management and public and private finance activities. Experience in media relations, public speaking, and community relations. Some real estate development experience may substitute for some of the government experience required.
An equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered. Must possess a valid driver’s license.
