- Serve as the subject matter expert and technical lead for SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Administer and optimize SharePoint on-premises and SharePoint Online, overseeing architecture, site design, and enterprise content management.
- Build and support automation and business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies while managing governance, configuration, and lifecycle of SharePoint sites, Microsoft 365 Groups, and Power Platform environments.
- Oversee identity and access management within Microsoft 365, including Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), authentication methods, and secure application integrations, while troubleshooting complex issues across SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform.
- Maintain data management, compliance, and security practices such as Data Loss Prevention, retention policies, and data classification, and monitor platform health, adoption, and performance.
- Contribute to platform strategy and support the implementation of new Microsoft 365 and Power Platform features.

Knowledge of:
- SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Power Platform
- Identity and access management using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory)
- Governance, compliance, and data protection practices
- Lead and manage SharePoint and Microsoft 365 administration and architecture
- Build automation and business solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps
- Troubleshoot complex issues and apply governance and security standards across platforms
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in a related area of study.
- Five years of full-time, professional experience in a related field.
- Possess, or obtain within six months of hire: CompTIA Security Certification

- Experience managing Microsoft 365 governance, compliance, or tenant-wide configuration in a large or complex environment.

Salary : $101,614 - $121,986
