The City of Coffeyville, Kansas, (pop. 8826) is seeking applications for
the position of Journeyman Lineman in Electric Distribution. Coffeyville

Position duties include but are not limited to: construction,
maintenance and repair of electric lines (overhead and underground) on a
12.5kv system utilizing rubber gloves; respond to customer power outages
and electrical problems, operate all types of equipment needed for
maintaining and repairing electrical lines. Must have current journeyman
certification, verifiable work history including troubleshooting and a
safe working record. CDL license with air brake rider or ability to
obtain is required. Driving record must meet citys insurance

requirement to reside within a fifty mile radius of City Hall at 102 W.
