Primary Responsibilities Include
- Performing a variety of complex administrative and clerical duties.
- Providing information and assistance to field crews.
- Receiving and processing bulk-item pickup requests and communicating with customers and staff regarding those requests.
- Receiving and processing maintenance work orders for the Public Works, Sanitation, Water, Wastewater, and Electric Departments.
- Assisting with inventory management.
- Preparing a variety of routine and special reports.
- Preparing deposit reports for collected payments and submitting funds and reconciled reports to the Finance Department.
- Attending meetings and recording meeting minutes.
