The City of Centerville is now hiring for the seasonal, part-time position of Golf Shop Attendant with The Golf Club at Yankee Trace in the Golf Division. The Golf Club at Yankee Trace is a championship 27-hole resort-style golf course that includes a full-service restaurant and high-end banquet facilities. We seek energetic and hardworking people who can assist us in delivering exemplary customer service to our guests. Averages 20 hours per week.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate cash register.
- Assists customers in selecting merchandise.
- Assist golf shop staff with inventory and stocking merchandise.
- Assists customers in scheduling tee times.
- Cleans golf shop and maintains merchandise in an orderly fashion.
- Cooperates and communicates with other golf staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
- Demonstrate regular and predictable attendance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Candidate must be at least 16 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license.
- Demonstrated customer service skills.
