The City of Camas Finance Department is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Procurement Contracts Specialist. The hours for this in-person position are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. The position is represented by the Camas Public Employees’ Association and is eligible for a full benefits package.
The individual selected for this position will be responsible for the administration and management of contracts within the procurement lifecycle, and ensuring alignment with policies, best practices and legal requirements. This position works closely with procurement staff, internal departments and vendors and reports to the Finance Director.

Candidates For This Position Shall Have
- Equivalent to bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Management, Legal Studies, or related field
- Two years of experience in procurement or purchasing and related legal terminology
- Familiar with e-procurement and contract management preferred
- Washington State public sector experience preferred
- APWA Contract Administration Committee (CAEC) certification or equivalent
