- Leads a crew of employees in utility construction, maintenance, and repair duties to include planning and overseeing crew's performance of daily tasks.
- Assists in field training co-workers.
- Creates maps, and "as-built" drawings.
- Answers questions from the public regarding water distribution.
- Oversees traffic control in and around work zones.
