What are the responsibilities and job description for the Temporary - Plaza Maintenance Worker position at City of Burleson, TX?
This is a temporary position that will provide service and support at Mayor Vera Calvin Plaza for a minimum of 60 days, with the possibility of extension based on service needs.
Work Schedule:
- Friday: 6:30 AM – 11:15 AM
- Saturday: 6:30 AM – 11:15 AM
- Sunday: 6:30 AM – 11:15 AM
- Monday: 6:30 AM – 11:15 AM
PRIMARY DUTY:
Performs facilities and grounds maintenance in assigned areas according to established quality standards and procedures.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
- 1 year of related parks, school grounds, or golf course maintenance work experience preferred.
CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES REQUIRED:
- Valid Texas Drivers License Class "C" required, with good driving record.
