GENERAL PURPOSE: Under close supervision, oversees event zones, supports vendors and performers, and guides Events Aides to ensure smooth operations of City events and a positive attendee experience.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities

High school diploma or GED is required. Customer service, event support, or recreation experience preferred. Minimum of 60 hours training or schooling in the area of youth development, recreation, education or closely related field is required for some positions.

- Assists Events Coordinators with event logistics, including set-up, vendor check-in, and site walkthrough.
- Performs various operational tasks as directed, such as managing event flow, coordinating with other event staff, and ensuring safety.
- Provides guidance for Events Aides and volunteers in assigned zones.
- Troubleshoots issues during events and escalates concerns to Coordinators as needed.
- Provides support to vendors, entertainers, and City staff during events.
- Contributes to post-event cleanup and basic reporting on event needs or improvements.
- Follows instructions from event team in real time.
- Performs other duties as assigned or required.
