Sick Leave

GENERAL PURPOSE: Under close supervision, assists and supports events staff in setup, operations, and breakdown of City events.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities

Any combination of experience and training that would provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. Must be a minimum of 16 years of age. High school diploma or GED is required to work in some areas.

Physical Demands / Work Environment: Work is performed outdoors and in recreation facilities.

- Assists with event setup, including moving tables, chairs, signage, and supplies.
- Provides directional and general customer service to event attendees.
- Monitors event areas for cleanliness and safety; assists with trash removal and restocking.
- Supports event staff and vendors with basic logistical needs.
- Follows instructions from events team in real time.
- Serves as a positive ambassador of the City during public events.
- Performs other related duties as required.

- Skill in effective oral and written communication.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
