RESIDENT SERVICES ATTENDANT This customer facing position is responsible for providing engaging customer service by greeting and assisting the public as they call or enter the Community Center, including the Fitness Center and Gymnasiums. Ensures that visitor logs are completed and information and directions are provided as needed. Performs a variety of customer service and support tasks, including assisting with City events such as Home Days and summer concerts. During events, may work outdoors, assisting with general support functions such as running errands, assisting guests and directing traffic. Our team currently has a part time position available, working 9 - 15 hours/week, including Wednesday and Friday evenings and occasional weekend shifts as needed. Employment comes with a free membership to our Recreation Center.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent, will consider current high school student who wants to work part-time year-round. • Strong customer service skills. • Good verbal communication skills both in person and on the telephone. • Familiarity with computer usage, including Excel and Word; ability to learn and use RecTrac software. • Current First Aid/AED certification required, or ability to obtain.
Special Requirements
9 - 15 hours per week, including Wednesday and Friday evenings, with some weekend shifts as needed.
