This position reports to the Solid Waste Office Manager and is responsible for clerical work and support services in the Solid Waste Department, which includes the Collections and Operations Divisions. Duties include customer service, written and verbal communications, typing correspondence, record keeping, and weekly and monthly reporting relating to department functions. Also Assists the Office Manager with the preparation of invoices and reports for projects for department managers and Director.
Successful applicants must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and Access.
High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of three (3) years office experience in a related field preferred. Must have a valid driver’s license.
