Anyone hired MUST attend a MANDATORY training on 10/12/2026 from 1PM to 4PM

DEFINITION
Image Summit Group Leaders will help lead and manage groups at the 2026 Image Summit located at the Riverdale Regional Park & Fairgrounds on November 3rd & 4th. Applicants must be available 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. November 2nd, 3rd and 4th. A parent permission form is required for applicants still in school.
 
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Supervision of groups of approximately 35 youth during workshops
• Guiding groups to workshops in an organized, timely manner
• Encouraging participation in workshop groups
• Assisting in maintaining control of environment
• Monitoring safety of participants during activities
• Monitoring behavior of participants and notify supervisor of issues
• Facilitating conversations in workshops
• Acting as a timekeeper in workshops
• Performing other duties and responsibilities as required

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Applicants must be between the ages of 14-21 in order to apply.
• Prior leadership experience is helpful
• Knowledge of English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation
• Business letter writing and basic report preparation
• Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
• Apply knowledge and reasoning and make timely decisions
• Work independently in the absence of supervision
