Job Summary:
We are looking for fun and energetic team members who are eager to provide excellent customer service to guests in our Clip N' Climb area and provide other services as needed. If you love people, have a knack for customer service and want to work in a place where you can make a difference while being part of an amazing team, we would like to hear from you!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist patrons in the Clip N’ Climb area by fastening their climbing harness and ensuring they have a great and safe experience.
- Daily safety check of climbing walls and harnesses
- Assisting in birthday parties and field trips, special events
The ideal candidate must be at least 18 years of age or older, possess a wiliness to learn, and would be available for some day shifts in addition to weekends. Must be able to understand and follow instructions. Outstanding communication skills required. Passionate about life, fitness, and health is a plus. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Possess effective time management skills. Must be able to work flexible shifts around school and sports.
