- This is a 37.5 hours a week position. Typically scheduled Monday–Friday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM within the City of Bradford area in Pennsylvania at multiple O.E.C.D. commercial, industrial and residential properties. Subject to all weather conditions.
- Position is full time and eligible for city benefits including health, prescription, dental, vision, and paid life insurance policy, paid holidays off, paid vacation time, pension plan and typically an annual raise based on the local City of Bradford wage ordinance.
- Maximum annual starting salary $35,100.00 will be based on the candidates experience.
