Applicant must have proven experience in grant writing and grant management, preferably in a municipal or government setting; strong financial insight, including budget development and financial reporting skills; excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple project simultaneously; exceptional written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in grant management software and tools; knowledge of local government operations is an advantage; strong attention to detail and organizational skills and; ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
