The Bemidji School District is currently seeking qualified and motivated individuals to serve as a Site Leader for the 21st Century Community Learning Center program at Bemidji Middle School and Bemidji High School. These are full-time, year-round positions that plays a key role in supporting and enhancing extended learning opportunities for students outside of regular school hours. The starting hourly wage is $21.63 per hour. Benefits include insurance, vacation, sick leave, and paid holidays. Primary Responsibilities: Manage before and after school programming across various district sites Compile, maintain, and report daily data from program operations Respond to and support the unique needs of the site Participate in ongoing program evaluation and improvement initiatives Oversee staff scheduling, assignments, and professional development Lead student recruitment and engagement efforts Coordinate daily logistics and ensure efficient site operations Foster and maintain collaborative relationships with school staff, students and families Ensure clear and consistent communication among all stakeholders to support program success Please attach a cover letter and resume to the online application.
