Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM (36 hours/week) ***Fridays Off***
Primary Duties
Impact: Successful completion of work tasks results in improved operating costs, utilization of material and/or equipment, and public satisfaction.
Latitude: Duties are assigned by supervisor. Most problem-solving is accomplished in conjunction with supervisor.
Interaction: Frequent interaction with employees throughout the organization and the general public.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: Experience operating mowers, weed eaters, chainsaws, and hand tools.

- Stock restrooms and ensure cleanliness of public facilities.
- Lift and haul brush, branches, and other debris.
- Perform general maintenance tasks as assigned.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to safely operate lawn care and maintenance equipment.
- Ability to lift and move up to 90 pounds and perform physical labor outdoors.
- Good communication skills and a customer service mindset.
- Frequent exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
- Regular physical activity including lifting, bending, walking, and kneeling.
