You will work closely with executive leadership, bringing a future-focused mindset and a collaborative approach to align technical capabilities with organizational objectives. By integrating your expertise and lived experience into our decision-making and culture, you will help guide the organization toward success. While this position does not make decisions for baseball operations or analytics, you will ensure robust, secure, and scalable technology platforms empower every team. You will also oversee all aspects of ballpark venue technology—making Camden Yards a welcoming, accessible, engaging, and innovative destination for all.

Technology Foundation & Enablement: Build and maintain secure, adaptable systems and data platforms to support both business and baseball operations.

Fan & Employee Experience: Collaborate with marketing and operations to create engaging digital and in-person experiences, ensuring every touchpoint is welcoming and empowering. Oversee the development of mobile apps, in-stadium technologies, and other fan-focused solutions.

Help Desk Oversight: Oversee the IT help desk to ensure timely, effective support for day-to-day staff technology needs, including incident management, troubleshooting, and user assistance. Monitor help desk performance, foster a service-oriented culture, and ensure continuous improvement in support processes

Data, Analytics & AI: Ensure technology infrastructure supports advanced analytics and AI initiatives; enable data-informed decision-making across the organization. Develop and implement an AI strategy that prioritizes ethical use and compliance.

Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and support a high-performing, diverse technology team. Set clear goals, provide professional development, and manage technology budgets.

Cybersecurity, Compliance & Risk: Oversee cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance for all technology systems. Ensure adherence to MLB, legal, and data privacy regulations. Lead efforts to protect sensitive data for the organization, players, and fans through robust, proactive practices.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with key vendors, league partners, and stakeholders. Serve as the primary contact for technology-related contracts and agreements, collaborating closely with procurement on purchase negotiations and ensuring alignment with organizational policies.
