PROGRAM COORDINATOR I – $18.00/HR
PROGRAM COORDINATOR II – $18.50/HR
(Hours may vary – must be available to work weekends and evenings)
Representative Duties
- Plan, organize, implement, and oversee recreational programs
- Train and oversee Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers, and Program Leaders
- Maintain accurate records
- Submit orders for supplies and equipment
- Provide customer service to the public, participants, and co-workers
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old and have graduated from High School or possess a GED
- Experience in planning, organizing, and conducting recreational, social service, or educational programs is desirable
- Must possess the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be able to work early mornings, weekends and/or nights
- Possession of a valid California class “C” driver’s license
- Must submit an “official” DMV printout (3-year report) issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles only and issued/dated within the past 2 months
