Role Description The Senior Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Arlington, TX. This role oversees complex projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Daily responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines and resources, tracking milestones, and preparing status reports for leadership and stakeholders. The Senior Project Manager will also identify and mitigate risks, manage vendors and contractors, and ensure compliance with city policies, regulations, and quality standards. This role involves close collaboration with internal departments and external partners to support strategic initiatives that align with Arlington’s growth and community objectives.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in project management, including planning, scheduling, and execution of large or complex initiatives.
- Experience with expediting and expeditor responsibilities to manage workflows, prioritize tasks, and remove bottlenecks.
- Knowledge of inspection processes and quality control methodologies to ensure project deliverables meet required standards.
- Skills in logistics management for coordinating materials, vendors, and resources across multiple project sites.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and risk management.
