General Laborer - 3rd Shift

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a general laborer to join their team. As a general laborer, you will be part of the production support team, contributing to efficient operations and maintaining a safe work environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization

• Job Title:** General Laborer
• Location:** Roaring Spring, PA
• Pay Rate:** $17.00/hr
• Shift:** Training shift: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM; After training: Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM
• What's the Job?**
• Assist in lifting, strapping, and stacking materials on production lines
• Maintain a steady pace to support continuous production without delays
• Stand for extended periods, approximately 98% of the workday
• Follow safety protocols, including wearing steel/composite toe shoes and hearing protection
• Learn to operate equipment and perform tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• What's Needed?**
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly
• Comfortable standing and moving for most of the work shift
• Willingness to learn and adapt to production processes
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting
• Respect for workplace safety rules and regulations
