2nd Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Production Maintenance department supporting the manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Job Title:** Industrial Maintenance Technician
• Location: **Duncansville, PA
• Pay Range: **$25.50/hr with $1.50 shift differential
• Shift: **2:30 pm -- 11:00 pm, 2nd Shift
• What's the Job?**
• Support 2nd shift production by troubleshooting and repairing equipment to ensure safe and proper operation
• Perform scheduled Preventive Maintenance across multiple locations and document activities in the CMMS
• Collaborate with maintenance team members to optimize machine uptime and process efficiency
• Install, test, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical and mechanical systems
• Participate in inventory management of critical spare parts and support manufacturing engineering projects
• What's Needed?**
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production maintenance environment
• Knowledge of motor drives, PLC systems, and industrial power systems; certifications are a plus
• Experience with Allen-Bradley (Rockwell Automation) and electrical control troubleshooting
• Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and ability to read design and CAD drawings
• Proficiency with MS Office tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
