Role Description The Police Officer role is a full-time, on-site position located in Allegan, MI. This role is responsible for patrolling assigned areas, responding to calls for service, and enforcing local, state, and federal laws to protect public safety. Daily activities include conducting traffic stops, performing preliminary and follow-up criminal investigations, securing and documenting evidence, and preparing detailed incident reports. Police Officers interact with community members, provide assistance during emergencies, and collaborate with other law enforcement and public safety agencies. The position may require shift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as well as participation in ongoing training and community outreach

- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in criminal justice or related field preferred.
