Salary Range (DOQ): $84,869.46--$89,113.70 plus Benefits
Overview: The Commonwealth’s Attorney's Office for the City of Alexandria is seeking an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney for assignment to a district court docket with additional responsibility for felony cases as assigned.
Minimum Requirements: The successful applicant will possess excellent writing, research, and oral communication skills and the ability to work independently. Applicants sitting for the July Virginia Bar Examination are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Requirements: Prior prosecutorial and/or trial experience; fluency in a foreign language, particularly Spanish or Arabic.
