ADMINISTRATIVE SECRETARY
The City of Ada is accepting applications for the full-time position of Administrative Secretary until filled. This position is responsible to perform a wide variety of responsible administrative secretarial duties for an assigned division; to coordinate and participate in office support functions in support of the division's goals and objectives; and to provide information and assistance to the public regarding divisional policies and procedures. Experience: Two years of increasingly responsible administrative secretarial experience. Knowledge of: Modern office procedures, methods and computer equipment; Business letter writing, report and article preparation techniques; Principles and procedures of filing and record keeping; Principles and procedures of billing and invoicing; English usage, spelling, grammar and punctuation; Mathematical principles and practices.
