Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor plant equipment, including logic controllers and distributed control systems, to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on equipment to prevent downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
- Analyze system performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary adjustments.
- Perform heavy lifting as required during equipment repair or maintenance tasks.
- Manage the plumb of various systems within the plant, ensuring proper flow and functionality.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in the treatment of wastewater, ensuring adherence to environmental standards and regulations.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Plant Operator or in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with equipment repair techniques and maintenance procedures is essential.
- Strong basic math skills for data analysis and reporting purposes.
- Experience working with tankers and understanding their operational requirements is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
