Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and support organizational growth. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development. This role requires a strong understanding of employment laws, HRIS systems, and leadership skills to foster a positive workplace culture and ensure operational excellence. The Human Resources Manager will collaborate with senior leadership to develop HR strategies aligned with company goals and drive continuous improvement across HR functions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with employment & labor law, OSHA, and other regulatory standards.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts through effective sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes utilizing ATS platforms such as Taleo, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts, conducting performance evaluations, and facilitating employee engagement initiatives.
- Oversee benefits administration including health insurance, workers' compensation, retirement plans, and other employee benefits programs.
- Administer payroll systems such as ADP, Paychex, or Paylocity ensuring accurate processing and reporting.
- Design and execute training & development programs to enhance employee skills and support succession planning.
- Conduct organizational design activities to optimize workforce structure and support change management initiatives.
- Manage HRIS systems like Oracle HCM or UltiPro for data collection, analysis, and reporting to inform strategic decision-making.
- Lead compliance efforts related to FMLA, OSHA regulations, and other employment laws while maintaining documentation accuracy.
- Supervise HR team members in sourcing talent, managing employee evaluations, and implementing process improvements for efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning related to human capital management and organizational growth.
Experience
- Proven management experience in human resources with a minimum of 5 years in a senior HR role or equivalent leadership position.
- Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law, workers' compensation policies, OSHA regulations, and HRIS platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Demonstrated success in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and training & development.
- Strong negotiation skills along with excellent communication and presentation abilities for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Experience supervising HR teams involved in HR sourcing, employee evaluation processes, program management, and process improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with HR software systems including UltiPro, Kronos, Ceridian, Paychex, ADP or similar platforms for payroll processing and data analysis.

Pay: From $30.05 per hour
