Position Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Club Assistant General Manager to help oversee the operations of our dynamic venue. In this role, you’ll work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, exceptional customer service, and a thriving, energetic atmosphere for our guests. If you have a passion for hospitality, leadership skills, and a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
As the Club Assistant General Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of club operations.
- Leading and motivating staff to deliver top-notch service and maintain a positive work environment.
- Monitoring and managing the club’s performance, including customer satisfaction, staff productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Ensuring compliance with safety, health, and legal regulations.
- Assisting in event planning and execution to ensure memorable guest experiences.
- Handling customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and care.
- Managing inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships to ensure seamless operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 3 years of experience in a management or leadership role, preferably in the hospitality or nightlife industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with staff, vendors, and patrons.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Familiarity with club operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and compliance standards.
