Summary Description
Manages trust services for assigned region.
Essential Functions
•Administers account relationships for assigned region
•Accesses, inputs and retrieves client account information utilizing trust accounting system
•Engages in substantial contact with trust clients, new business prospects, professionals and other bank representatives
•Prepares and participates in proactive client meetings regarding account administration and client needs
•Meets with existing and prospective customers to review and assess financial objectives
*Asset allocation of client portfolios
•Responsible for business development activities in assigned region
•Participates in various community relations related activities in assigned region
•Provides operational support to trust operations department
*May manage administrative assistant
•Adheres to all regulatory compliance policies and procedures

Position Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in related field
•Familiarity with a broad range of trust services including personal trust, investment management, estate administration and investment strategies.
•Minimum of three to five years' experience in trust and estate administration or relevant experience
•Work is generally performed indoors in environmentally controlled conditions
•Typically, the employee may sit to perform the work. However, there may be some standing, walking, bending and carrying of light items in the course of the work

*Experience with tax and regulatory issues preferred
