Essential Functions Picks up mail from local Post Office(s) as required Sorts and prepares envelopes for capture processing on Opex mail opening equipment Key enters transaction amounts and other information not ready by CAR/OCR systems Reconciles transaction outages using Mavro Remittance Processing Software Prepares daily operational reports Prepares daily USPS shipments to clients Position Requirements High School Diploma Excellent 10-Key (touch) skills Requires valid driver’s license with exemplary driving record Work is generally performed indoors in environmentally controlled conditions Typically the employee may sit to perform the work.
