What We’re Looking For:
✔ 10 years of experience in benefits administration and leave of absence management.
✔ Advanced knowledge of federal and state benefits regulations (ERISA, FMLA, ADA, COBRA, ACA).
✔ Proficiency in HRIS (UKG preferred).
✔ Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
