Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive first impression
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages, with attention to detail
- Perform data entry and filing tasks, ensuring all records are accurate, organized, and easily accessible
- Assist with office management duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining office cleanliness, and organizing common areas
- Physically able to carry heavy bags up one flight of stairs, other delivered packages and laundry
- Physically able to walk up and down stairs, move patio furniture, use a blower to clean off parking lot, willingness to clean tables, chairs and property
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette, providing professional support and customer support over the phone and in person
- Conduct clerical duties such as typing, proofreading, and data entry to support office operations
- Maintain office equipment and troubleshoot basic technical issues to ensure smooth functioning
- Support additional duties as needed, including personal assistant tasks, bookkeeping
Skills
- Proven experience in front desk roles with a focus on customer service
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to handle inquiries professionally
- Experience with hotels reservations programs and 3rd party reservations systems
- Exceptional attention to detail, proofreading, and organizational skills to ensure accuracy in all tasks
- Time management skills to handle a busy front desk efficiently and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Personal assistant experience or office experience that demonstrates reliability and professionalism
