What You’ll Be Doing:
As the FOH Shift Leader, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and supporting the Front of House team during shifts.
- Ensuring smooth daily operations, from opening to closing.
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assisting in training and mentoring FOH staff to maintain high performance and service standards.
- Monitoring cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
